Congratulations to K M Zamil Andalib and Palaniappan Arumugam, on their graduation for Master of Applied Science (MASc) program in the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, University of Toronto.
“Dear former colleagues, take a moment to look back on your achievements. Realize all that you’ve accomplished and the footprints that you’ve laid. Each step has been a building block for your life. Congratulations for your graduation on behalf of MPML lab.”
K M Zamil Andalib, MASc MechE 1T5, have completed his master’s thesis on “Increasing Void Fraction of the Polypropylene Foams Blown with Chemical Blowing Agents in High Temperature Extrusion” — an industrial need driven research which will reduce raw material consumption by 30%, especially for those industries who want to introduce foaming into their product without modifying their existing system.
Palaniappan Arumugam, MASc MechE 1T5, have completed his master’s thesis on “Understanding the Fundamental Mechanisms of Micro-bubble Generation Technology in Water,” . His fundamental research is a road map in to the generation of the sub-micron and nano sized bubbles in water which in turn can significantly contribute into various industrial applications. to the — study of the generation, growth, and stabilization mechanisms of micro-bubbles in water.
